Book of the Count

You're in a room with the intent of exiting
into the next. A thought pops into your mind
in reguard or not to something you're doing
and upon entry to the next room you hear
or see something pertaining to the thought.
Psychic flash?
More imortant, an illustration of the temporal
mechanics of Nagualismo.
The next room forms the horizon, or greater
circle. The body of the Serpent. The place
where Power hovers.
Your thoughts are, as is the room, the inner
side of the circle. Point of reception.
Just as a tree can be the body of the breeze,
the Count reveals the geometry of the invisable
walls we pass through. The rooms of time if you
like. For at times we act on what is ahead and
at others we create waves then travel ahead,
only to return and reap what we thought was
left behind.
The Count is not a Calendar, proper as its function
is as a divinatory tool. Scholarly study of Meso

As far as day symbols are concerned it doesn't

Protector of the day Cipactli (Crocodile)
is Tonacatecuhtli, Lord of Nurturance,
the primordial god of creation and
fertility. Cipactli is an auspicious day,
signifying advancement and honor.
It depicts energy and work, rewards and recognition.
A good day for beginnings.

Yet another take on the same thing:

1. CECIPACTLI- Considered a good luck sign
but the luck could be lost due to laziness. Wealth
and prosperity followed these lucky people.
By being a rogue or disobedient, overbearing
a person would change their luck and be friendless
and in want of contentment.

Some Occidental numerologist claim the number
one rules over Godhead, the begining, sudden change.

You could add, youth, not being understood, independence
and others to the mix without changing anything.

The question at the time of the reading determins the direction
of the answer.
As a no longer practicing, yerblero, I prefer to start with the Seed
as a symbol of beginings. It doesn't change the text.
Sprout as two, leaf as three etc.
The important thing is two circles of influences creating reality.
In Western Astrology there are Signs and Houses which
are the same signs.
