  Water into wine

Ye shall take of water two portions of which each
portion shall be of the volume equal to one quart,
placed in a secure vessel adequate in size to contain
one half more the amount of water.

The outside of the vessel you should mark with the
  following sigil:

  XXX

Into vessel containing the water ye shall place a portion
of concentrated juice of the fruit of tree or vine in the measure
of two small cans or one large.

With an blessed section of branch or spoon of wood ye will
stir the contents Sunwise times the number nine.

With a clear mind and resolute step you will carry the vessel
with the contents within to a clear elevated area outdoors
and leave said vessel to sit through the middle part of the
day, no less than one 12th the period of light during the day.

Retrieve the vessel and carry it to a warm dark room where
ye shall cover the top with a fine white cloth and leave it to
set for a period of 14 days. On two occasions on each day
ye shall pray to the Elder gods for their miracle of transformation.

Should your miracle meet with success on the 14th day, ye should
strain the contents into bottles of dark glass for storage until need
  of use.

(editors note: This may not be much of a profound miracle today,
but once upon a time it baffled a lot of people.)
